Ingredients for 1 loaf pan

  • 250 g chocolate mix
    👉 Composition:
  • 85 g organic magic flour
  • 85 g sugar
  • 62 g baking cocoa powder (not drinking cocoa, but pure baking cocoa)
  • 5 g locust bean gum
  • 5 g baking powder or cream of tartar baking powder
  • 8 g psyllium husks
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 300 g water
  • 150 g melted dark chocolate
  • Optional: nuts or chocolate drops
  • preparation

Preparation of gluten-free chocolate brownies:

  1. Mix the chocolate mix, oil, water and chocolate until lump-free.
  2. Pour into a baking dish lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake at 160 °C fan oven for about 30–40 minutes.
  4. Let cool, cut & enjoy.

Tip: For extra fudgy brownies, shorten the baking time.
