Welcome to the magical world of Veatzz! Here we are – a creative, dynamic team shaking up the world of plant-based cuisine. Our goal? To make cooking and baking an exciting, magical experience that everyone – from beginners to gourmets – can love.

We, the Veatzz team, have joined forces to take cooking to a whole new level. With our secret recipe, the unique Veatzz Magic Flour , we offer you the freedom to create magical dishes in the kitchen without compromising on taste or quality. Our magic flour is 100% vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, and free from the 14 major allergens – it's the perfect companion for modern cooking. 🌱✨

Why "magic flour"? Because it simply works – just add water, and you can conjure up delicious waffles, pizza dough, bread, pancakes, sauces, soups, and many other treats from our powder. It doesn't get any faster or healthier. 🥞🍕🍰 And the best part: it's incredibly versatile – from a quick meal to the perfect cake that will surprise everyone.

Our magical sorcery works not only in the cauldron, but also within the team.

Who is behind it and how did it all begin?

I am Victoria Neuhofer , a passionate entrepreneur, visionary, doer, author, speaker, and also founder of Damn plastic.

With over 10 years of experience building companies, I am also the 11th generation of the Neuhofer Holz family and have a passion for impact innovations. I have received numerous awards and given international presentations, showing other future entrepreneurs how they can bring their own visions to life.

So you can imagine what my busy daily life looks like. And yet, despite a full schedule, I'm someone who wants to eat healthily – quickly, easily, and without 20 questionable ingredients.

I consciously choose a gluten-free diet because I've simply noticed that it's good for my body. But when I looked around the shelf, it was clear:
There is no option that is truly healthy, clean, and effective.
All full of starch, additives, fillers, or a miserable nutritional profile.

So I did what I always do:
I built my own solution.

I stumbled across a recipe by chance at a trade fair. A recipe that made me think, "Wait a minute, there's potential in this."
I asked if I could develop it further and bring it to market – and that gave rise to the basic idea for something much bigger.

From idea to magic formula

I am an entrepreneur – not a Michelin-starred chef.
I was missing a piece of the puzzle.
So I looked for someone who perfectly understands this culinary component.

A top chef confirmed to me:
"Your idea works. And it can change the market."

Together we further developed and perfected the product, and she was able to develop the first recipes.
Until everything was the way we wanted it:
Nutritious, honest, quick, foolproof – and simply delicious.

Why start a business alone when you can start one with power?

I believe in co-creation.
I believe in team power.
And I believe that big visions need multiple shoulders.

That's why I brought my best friend and business partner, Stephanie Sinko, on board – the woman who builds structures, sets up systems, and ensures that chaos doesn't even have a chance to arise. And she not only rocks the business game, but also runs Damn Plastic with me. Together we wrote the book " From BFFs to CEOs ." We also offer consulting for startups and all the tools you need for everyday startup life. And, by the way, when she's not hustling, she's a passionate dancer and absolutely rocks the stage with her team! 💃🎤

And because this startup only works if the foundation is right, an organizational expert was also brought on board to support the entire administrative area.

This is how we started:
Me with the vision.
A top chef with magic.
Stephanie with the system.
And a powerhouse in the back office with an overview.

Our own production – because true quality needs control

Instead of working with large mills or co-packers, I insisted from the beginning on producing myself .
Internal audits.
Own standards.
Own processes.

Only in this way could we guarantee that the magic flour is really what it's supposed to be:
honest, organic, allergen-free, healthy – and simple.

Today we are on the shelf, growing across Europe and ready to scale internationally.
