Welcome to the magical world of Veatzz! We are a creative, dynamic team shaking up the world of plant-based cuisine. Our goal? To make cooking and baking an exciting, magical experience that everyone – from beginners to gourmets – can love.

We, the Veatzz team, have come together to take cooking to a new level. With our secret recipe, the unique Veatzz Magic Flour, we offer you the freedom to create magical dishes in the kitchen without compromising on taste or quality. Our magic flour is 100% vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, and free from the 14 major allergens – it’s the perfect companion for modern cooking. 🌱✨

Why "Magic Flour"? Because it simply works – just add water, and you can conjure up delicious waffles, pizza dough, bread, pancakes, sauces, soups, and many other treats from our powder. It couldn't be faster or healthier. 🥞🍕🍰 And the best part: it's super versatile – from a quick meal to the perfect cake that surprises everyone.

But our magic works not only in the cauldron, but also in the team.

Who is behind it and how did it all begin?

I am Victoria Neuhofer, a passionate entrepreneur. Visionary. Doer, author, speaker, and also founder of Damn Plastic.

With over 10 years of experience in building companies, I am also the 11th generation of the Neuhofer Holz company and have a passion for impact innovations. I have received numerous awards and have given international presentations, showing other future entrepreneurs how to bring their own visions to life.

So you can imagine what my busy daily life looks like. And yet I am someone who wants to eat healthy despite a packed schedule – quickly, uncomplicated, and without 20 questionable ingredients.

I consciously eat gluten-free because I simply noticed that it benefits my body. But when I looked at the shelves, it was clear:
There is no option that is truly healthy, clean, and works.
Everything is full of starch, additives, fillers, or has a miserable nutritional balance.

So I did what I always do:
I built my own solution.

At a trade fair, I accidentally stumbled upon a recipe. A "moment, there's potential here" recipe.
I asked if I could develop it further and bring it to market – and from that, the basic idea for something much bigger emerged.

From Idea to Magic Formula

I'm an entrepreneur – not a Michelin-starred chef.
I was missing a piece of the puzzle.
So I looked for someone who perfectly understood this culinary component.

A Michelin-starred chef confirmed to me:
"Your idea works. And it can change the market."

Together, we further developed and perfected the product, and she was able to develop the first recipes.
Until everything was as we wanted it:
nutritious, honest, quick, guaranteed to succeed – and simply damn delicious.

Why found alone when you can found with power?

I believe in co-creation.
I believe in team power.
And I believe that great visions need multiple shoulders.

That's why I brought in my best friend and business partner Stephanie Sinko – the woman who builds structures, sets up systems, and ensures that chaos doesn't even arise. And she not only rocks the business game but also leads Damn Plastic with me. We co-authored the book "From BFFs to CEOs." We also offer consulting for startups and all the tools you need in everyday startup life. And, by the way, when she's not hustling, she's a passionate dancer and truly rocks the stage with her team! 💃🎤

And because this startup also only works if the foundation is right, an organizational expert was additionally brought on board to support the entire administrative area.

This is how we started:
Me with the vision.

And power in the back office with the overview.

Our Own Production – Because True Quality Needs Control

Instead of working with large mills or co-packers, I insisted from the start on producing ourselves.
Our own audits.
Our own standards.
Our own processes.

Only then could we guarantee that the magic flour truly is what it should be:
honest, organic, allergen-free, healthy – and simple.

Today, we are on the shelves, growing across Europe, and ready to scale internationally.
