Who is behind it and how did it all begin?

I am Victoria Neuhofer, a full-blooded entrepreneur. Visionary. Doer, author, speaker, and also founder of Damn Plastic.

With over 10 years of experience in building companies, I am also the 11th generation of the Neuhofer Holz company and have a passion for impact innovations. I have received numerous awards and given international talks, showing other future entrepreneurs how to bring their own visions to life.

So you can imagine what my busy daily life looks like. And yet, I am someone who, despite a packed calendar, wants to eat healthily – quickly, uncomplicatedly, and without 20 questionable ingredients.

I consciously eat gluten-free because I simply noticed it makes my body feel good. But when I looked at the shelves, it was clear:
There was no option that was truly healthy, clean, and functional.
Everything was full of starch, additives, fillers, or had poor nutritional value.

So I did what I always do:
I built my own solution.

At a trade fair, I stumbled upon a recipe by chance. A "wait, there's potential here" kind of recipe.
I asked if I could develop it further and bring it to market – and from that, the basic idea for something much bigger emerged.

From idea to magic formula

I am an entrepreneur – not a top chef.
I was missing a piece of the puzzle.
So I looked for someone who perfectly understood this culinary component.

A top chef confirmed to me:
"Your idea works. And it can change the market."

Together, we further developed and perfected the product, and she was able to create the first recipes.
Until everything was exactly how we wanted it:
nutritious, honest, quick, foolproof – and simply incredibly delicious.

Why start alone when you can start with power?

I believe in co-creation.
I believe in team power.
And I believe that great visions need multiple shoulders.

That's why I brought in my best friend and business partner Stephanie Sinko – the woman who builds structures, sets up systems, and ensures that chaos doesn't even arise. And she not only rocks the business game but also leads Damn Plastic with me. Together, we wrote the book "From BFFs to CEOs". We also offer consulting for startups and all the tools you need in daily startup life. And, by the way, when she's not hustling, she's a passionate dancer and truly rocks the stages with her team! 💃🎤

And because this startup also only works if the foundation is right, new brains and partners also joined the team: Altan, Suraj & Kevin. Our three musketeers ;)
