Protection of Your Personal Data
The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (GDPR, TKG). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in connection with our website.
In connection with the initiation, conclusion, processing, and reversal of a purchase contract based on these Terms and Conditions, data is collected, stored, and processed by the provider. This is done within the framework of the applicable legal provisions. The provider does not disclose any personal data of the customer to third parties unless legally required to do so or unless the customer has expressly consented in advance.
The data provided by the customer during the ordering process is used exclusively for contacting the customer within the scope of contract processing and only for the purpose for which the customer has provided the data.
If you contact us via a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent.
We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for later contract processing, the webshop operator stores cookies that include the buyer’s name, address, credit card number, as well as the IP address of the connection owner.
In addition, the following data is stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: IP address, date, time, browser type, operating system, and pages visited. The data you provide is required for the fulfillment of the contract or for carrying out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude a contract with you.
Data is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of:
transmission of credit card data to the payment service providers responsible for processing the payment,
transmission to the shipping company commissioned by us for delivery of the goods,
transmission to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
If the shopping process is canceled, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period under tax law (7 years).
The data name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date will additionally be stored until the expiry of product liability obligations (10 years).
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and lit. b (necessary for contract performance) of the GDPR.
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device via your browser. They do not cause any damage.
We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.
If you do not wish this, you can configure your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and allow this only in individual cases. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Our website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics (Google Inc.; 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043). Cookies are used to enable an analysis of website usage. The information generated by these cookies is transmitted to and stored on the provider’s servers.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transmission.
As user privacy is important to us, user data is pseudonymized. Your IP address is recorded but immediately anonymized (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This allows only rough localization.
Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the website operator, Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide further services related to website and internet usage.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings; however, this may limit full use of the website’s functionality.
You can also prevent Google from collecting and processing the data generated by the cookie related to your website usage (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at
