Gluten-free spaetzle – simple 2-ingredient recipe

Gluten-free cooking made easy

Gluten-free cooking is quick and easy with organic magic flour

Anyone who lives a gluten-free lifestyle knows the problem: Home-style dishes like spaetzle or dumplings suddenly seem out of reach. Classic recipes call for wheat flour and eggs—both of which are omitted.

But with magic flour , it's easier than you think: 2 ingredients, a pot of water – and you have gluten-free spaetzle that impress with their consistency and taste.

Why Spätzle work with organic magic flour

Spätzle normally need gluten to give them a bite and prevent them from falling apart. This magic flour takes care of just that – thanks to the perfect combination of chickpea flour, rice flour, and tapioca starch . The result: Spätzle like it used to be, only gluten-free and high in fiber.
