Recipe: 2-ingredient magic spaetzle
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 210 g organic magic flour
- 160 g water
- 1 pinch of salt for the cooking water
- preparation
- Mix the magic flour with water until smooth. The mixture will be slightly sandy—this is normal.
- Let the dough rest for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
- Bring water with salt to a boil in a large pot.
- Press the dough through a spaetzle sieve into the boiling water.
- After 3 minutes the spaetzle are ready – strain and process as desired.
👉 Tip: After cooking, briefly rinse in cold water to retain the crunch. Perfect as a side dish or with (vegan) cheese for Käsespätzle!
