Das Zaubermehl und die Rezepte

Ich habe ein Brot gebacken und den Kaiserschmarren!!!! Ich bin absolut begeistert!!!! Davor habe ich Jahre versucht, etwas glutenfreies schmackhaftes zu finden ( Brot, Gebäck etc). Es gibt nichts! Zaubermehl ist einfach toll und es ist jeden Cent wert! Die 700 Gramm in unserem Supermarkt sind teuer, aber ich komme sehr lange damit aus, ich backe nicht ununterbrochen! Ich kaufe es auf jeden Fall wieder ein. Die Rezepte sind super!!!!

Zaubermehl

Ich verwende bereits die 3. P. Zaubermehl - gekauft im
stationären Handel. Ich setze das Mehl universell ein, d.h. auch für Suppen und Saucen und bin zufrieden damit. Die wenigen Rezepte, die ich bekommen habe , funktionieren sehr gut. Mir fehlen jedoch weitere Rezepte für Kekse, Obstkuchen, Knödel etc..
